PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Rooftop tents and accessories must be installed, used and maintained strictly in  accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Before purchase and installation it is your responsibility to confirm that your vehicle, roof racks or platform comply with the mounting requirements and load ratings specified for the product, including your vehicle manufacturer's dynamic (driving) and static (stationary) roof load limits. Exceeding these limits, or fitting the product to unsuitable racks or vehicles, may be dangerous and may void your warranty.

Always check that the tent is securely closed and latched, and that ladders and accessories are stowed, before driving. Observe any speed guidance in the product manual and adjust your driving to suit the additional roof load. Use of the product is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law; nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
